Ingredients:
1 lb Hamburger (my favorite is grass-fed hamburger from Costco)
2 Yellow Squash
1 Zucchini
4 Carrots
4 Potatoes (you can also do sweet potato)
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, divided
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder, plus more to sprinkle on meat patties
1 Tbsp Onion Powder, plus more to sprinkle on meat patties
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Olive Oil Cooking Spray

I'm the type of person who loves to research things to the point of exhaustion before going ahead and purchasing it. Makeup is no different. 

I'm always looking for makeup with the best ingredients and even more especially makeup that doesn't have the bad ingredients. For the most part I try and get organic makeup but when it came to finding the best go-to all-matte eyeshadow palette the Tartelette from the brand Tarte kept bringing me back to stare at it longingly at the store again and again.  I mean just look at it! it's so cute.

Hello my bunkerities! I'm excited to share one of my favorite superfood recipes with you!

If you're like me than you wake up in a rush with no thought of taking time to have breakfast. It's a bad habit that I have yet to overcome and change. I've always struggled with being a morning person :\

This yummy, clean, gluten-free and dairy-free pudding is perfect for breakfast or even a yummy after-dinner treat. The fact is, you can have it whenever you want and know that it's filled with nutrients that makes your body feel really good. And one of the great things about it is that you can make it, put in the fridge and take it out to eat whenever you want. I make mine before bed to have for breakfast the next day.
